EvoRent Scan Assist Terms of Use
These Terms of Use apply to EvoRent Scan Assist, the companion mobile app for authorized EvoRent agency staff.

Authorized Agency Use
EvoRent Scan Assist is developed and provided by EvoMaro for authorized EvoRent agency users.
EvoRent Scan Assist is for authorized EvoRent agency staff only. Login requires the agency domain, email, and password for an agency EvoRent account.
Users must have permission from their agency to process customer information and customer document images.
Manual Review Required
Scan Assist helps agency staff auto-fill customer information from document images. Users must review all extracted data manually before saving.
OCR may be inaccurate. The agency and user remain responsible for checking and correcting customer information before it is saved.
Data Entry Assistance
The app provides data entry assistance only. It does not decide whether a document is genuine, does not make approval decisions, and does not replace agency legal obligations.
Scan Assist Credits
One Scan Assist credit may be consumed only when a customer create or update succeeds using Scan Assist.
No credit should be consumed for opening the camera, retaking a photo, OCR failure, cancel, review only, document upload retry, or saving manually without Scan Assist extraction.
Payments
There is no payment inside the Android app. Recharge is handled through the EvoRent web dashboard.
Acceptable Use
Users may use EvoRent Scan Assist only for authorized agency operations, with permission from their agency and in connection with their agency EvoRent tenant API.
Prohibited Use
- Using the app without agency authorization.
- Processing customer information without the required agency permission.
- Attempting unauthorized access, bypassing app security, disrupting the service, reverse engineering, data scraping, or harming EvoRent services.
- Using the app for illegal activity or misuse of customer document images.
Account Security
Users must protect their login credentials and device access. Agencies are responsible for managing authorized users, permissions, and access to their agency EvoRent account.
Service Availability
Service availability may vary due to maintenance, device conditions, hosting, network, agency tenant API availability, or third-party service issues.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law and the relevant agreement, EvoMaro is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages related to use of EvoRent Scan Assist.
Changes
We may update these terms when needed. Continued use of EvoRent Scan Assist after changes are published means the user or agency accepts the updated terms, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
