Service Provider

EvoRent is provided by EvoMaro. EvoRent is a business management SaaS tool for car rental agencies and related operational workflows.

Agency Accounts

Agencies must provide accurate account information and keep account details up to date. Agencies are responsible for their users, customers, documents, contracts, uploaded data, permissions, and activity inside their tenant account.

Business Use

EvoRent helps agencies manage daily operations. EvoRent is not a legal, tax, or accounting advisor, and agencies remain responsible for reviewing their own obligations and records.

Subscriptions and Payments

Subscription and payment terms are managed through the applicable EvoRent agreement, invoice, or commercial arrangement between the agency and EvoMaro.

Acceptable Use

Agencies and users must use EvoRent only for lawful business purposes and in a way that does not harm the service or other users.

Prohibited Use

• Illegal activity or misuse of customer data.
• Unauthorized access, credential sharing outside approved agency use, or attempts to bypass security controls.
• Abuse, service disruption, reverse engineering, data scraping, or harming EvoRent infrastructure.

Service Availability

Availability may vary due to maintenance, hosting, network, security, or third-party issues. We may update, maintain, suspend, or modify parts of the service to protect reliability and security.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law and the relevant agreement, EvoMaro is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages related to use of EvoRent.

Termination or Suspension

We may suspend or terminate access when required by the applicable agreement, non-payment, security risk, misuse, or activity that may harm EvoRent, EvoMaro, agencies, customers, or service providers.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms when needed. Continued use of EvoRent after changes are published means the agency or user accepts the updated terms, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
