Can rental contracts be signed digitally?

Yes. EvoRent supports digital signatures and signature links or QR codes.

How does monthly billing work?

The first three months are paid upfront. Each following month is paid in advance.

Is Scan Assist included?

Yes. Scan Assist is included in every plan. Information is still reviewed manually before saving.

How does data migration work?

Share your files and organisation during the demo. The data and migration process are reviewed with you before setup.

Can I use EvoRent on mobile?

Yes. The mobile app provides access to bookings, contracts and fleet availability.

Where is the AI Assistant available?

The AI Assistant is available in the EvoRent mobile app. It is optional on Starter and included in Professional and Enterprise, within each plan’s capacity.

Can I manage several branches?
